HSSF rescued this horse from a neglectful owner. Prince Andrew has a dressage type of movement with higher knee action. He was initially worried about his friend he came down from the pasture with, but once he got moving in the round pen and had something to focus on, he went right to work. Overall, on the ground, he was pleasant and easy to handle. His lack of vision in one eye (right) didnt seem to hinder him. He is easy to saddle and needed a little work with bridling. Once mounted, horse and rider did one or two circles and moved out to the rail. He is mentally comfortable and a willing horse. He was a comfortable mover. This big gelding could benefit from finding a person who is willing to spend a little time with him to strengthen his muscles and re-condition him to being a riding horse. He would benefit from someone with a little knowledge getting him back into the swing of things or finding an owner who would be willing to take some lessons to make the most out of their relationship. Your Prince is about 10 years old, current on dental and hoof care and vaccines.
